My second spiritual experience.

Like all major cities in Norway, Trondheim is located on a fjord, today with almost 206,000 inhabitants. It was the capital of Norway during the entire Viking era (until 1217). Also, take note, from here left the sailors who discovered Iceland and Greenland; and sailing the ocean to the west, by will or dragged by storms, reached islands or more distant lands, without knowing where they were. They didn’t write anything specific about them, whose information could have changed the world.

I say this, because there are those who want to make believe the Vikings discovered the American continent, but what happened from 1217 to 1492? It was almost 3 centuries! Wow! If all human discoveries were like that, we would still be in the Cave Age. And what’s worse, there is nothing documented.

Trondheim is the third largest city in Norway, behind Oslo and Bergen. It was the seat of the Catholic Church until 1537, and since then the center of the Lutheran Church. It is connected by ship and train, in addition to excellent roads. It is the capital of the province called Trondelag and has a beautiful gothic cathedral — the Nidaros Cathedral.

I stayed in the Hostel, very modern, and given its layout it is one of those built specially to accommodate travelers. I was struck by the abundant and varied…
