Sorry, even writers make mistakes with punctuation.

In the response I sent to you a minute ago, the third paragraph should be:

"It is true that many "old-fashioned" whites wouldn't mix with anybody different, descendants of the racist Anglo-Saxons (1), but we shouldn't mind them."

The comma was in the wrong place. Sorry. Louisa.
