I love your story about Sweden and Sardinia.

The difference between our farmers nowadays and normal working people in the future will be an incredible development in communications -such as Internet-, and the "farmers" and everybody will study a lot, as universities will be opened to everybody no matter where they live --that is, something is starting today, but at a higher scale with low cost. Maybe even we will travel virtually; that is, we can visit a city for days on end until we are satisfied with what we know about it. This will be cheap and not dead tired.

Everything depends on technology, and at the rate we are going, everything is possible.

I have the feeling that transportation has to change radically. We have been too long with the turbine airplanes. We need a quantum leap.
