Hi, Cailian!

I am also European, and very happy to be here. However, yes, for me the Primary and High School Systems get on my nerves. The level of culture is to cry. I admit it.

It is true what you say about the University, but don't forget the amount of money a person has to pay to have a higher Education. In America is very difficult for a person to be 5 or 6 years in the University, working part-time to pay for their studies. As I studied in England, Spain, and Mexico in the meantime I worked, I understand why many people not even dream to apply for a university, unless he/she is a valedictorian and has very high marks. Otherwise, it is very difficult, if at all possible.

Apart from this, everything you say is perfectly ok, and I agree with you. But my "battle horse" is Primary and Secondary Education. Horrible.

ALL the BEST for you. Louisa.
